Over the past quarter of a century, Mr. Norton's has litigated cases in over thirty states and three continents. His wide-ranging experience, ability to engage opposing counsel, his cut to the chase style and trial reputation provide him with the keen ability to resolve matters efficiently and effectively. Clients in a multitude of industries from building products and amusement parks to commercial landlords and insurance companies, look to Mr. Norton for their litigation needs. Mr. Norton has also been lead counsel in several notable consumer class-actions.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Norton serves in the role of outside general counsel for several companies. He is also an avid golfer who represents professional golfers including a hall of fame golfer and several of the top ten golfers in the world. Mr. Norton is a 1983 graduate of the University of Tulsa, with a Bachelors degree in Economics and a 1987 graduate of Southern Methodist School of Law, Dallas, Texas. He is admitted to practice law in California and Montana.

Mr. Melnik spent four years as a Deputy District Attorney with the County of Los Angeles. He has tried over one hundred and thirty trials to verdict and was notably a paid television commentator with ABC, CNN and Hard Copy during the trial of Orenthal James Simpson. Mr. Melnik has appeared in California Superlawyers and been nominated for two separate Defense Lawyer of the Year awards in California. Mr. Melnik received his Juris Doctor from Willamette University School of Law, Salem, Oregon, in 1987. He graduated from the Ohio State University in 1984. Mr. Melnik is a member of the United States District Court, Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Olson is a senior associate and has worked at the firm since 1996. She specializes in civil litigation involving automobile defense, premises liability, construction defect, and general casualty litigation. With over fifteen years of experience, Ms. Olson has handled every aspect of civil litigation from initial claim to conclusion. Ms. Olson was admitted to the California Bar in 1995 after graduating from Whittier Law School. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She is a member of the United States District Court, Northern and Central and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Witzman has extensive experience representing contractors, trades, and building products manufacturers throughout California. His practice focuses on premises liability and products defects. Mr. Witzman heads the motion department and has drafted winning motions for summary judgment in catastrophic cases involving third-party criminal contact, assumption of risk, lack of defined defect, and many others. Mr. Witzman was admitted to the California Bar in 1997 after graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, Malibu, California, in May, 1997. He attended the University of California, Riverside, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. He is a member of the United States District Court, Central District and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Gravich was admitted to the California Bar and the U.S. District Court (CDCA) in 2004 after receiving his Juris Doctor in 2003 from Loyola Law School, with notable grades in Criminal Law, Contracts, Evidence and Remedies. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Southern California in May 1999. In 2009, he was admitted to practice in the Cabazon Indian Reservation Court. Fluent in Russian, Mr. Gravich has volunteered at the Domestic Violence Clinic for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles in Santa Monica. He has worked as a Law Clerk for the State of California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services and as Judicial Extern to the Hon. Terry J. Hatter, Jr. of the U.S. District Court.

Mr. Chung is a member of the California Bar and registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has experience representing clients in diverse areas of civil litigation, such as, insurance defense, insurance coverage and bad faith, breach of contract, product liability and commercial litigation. In addition, Mr. Chung has experience analyzing insurance coverage issues, as well as knowledge of intellectual property laws involving trade secrets, patents, copyright, trademarks and unfair competition. He attended the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctor in 2000 and an Insurance LL.M. in 2001. During law school, he worked at the State of Connecticut Office of the Attorney General and legal departments of major insurance companies. He was a recipient of the CALI Excellance for the Future Award in Health Law Clinic and Life Insurance & Health Care Financing. Mr. Chung attended the University of California, Los Angeles, and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology. He has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central District and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
